The whole set has over 100s of hrs of work invested into it including forging, filing, fitting, grinding, polishing and more polishing. From the box to the knife, it all goes together. The Knives smooth handle feels natural when held in the hand.

Damascus steel is hand forged with combinations of VG10 and Low Carbon Steel with 67 layers. We oil quench and temper to a hardness of 59-60 Rockwell C. Some of the many Damascus steel advantages include the following: Blade edge resistance from the harder steel, micro serrations from the alternating layers.

Stainless Damascus takes the Damascus blacksmithing to another level as it doesn't rust.
