*Our supplier has recently changed packaging. Instead of coming flat on a cardboard sheet, it now comes in a soft fold bundle. I was not thrilled about this at first, however, when I took it out, it laid perfectly flat, just as before. The good news is that this now can ship in a smaller box, saving us on waste. Pl.

Please let me know if you have any concerns. This is one of my favorite new things in my kitchen. They make baking so much less of a pain - just throw it away instead of having to clean the silpat or the pan. We used them at the bakery I worked at in college. I'm crazy about them - no cleaning and non-stick. They are so nice to have around for packaging, too - works great for wrapping up loaves of banana bread. Measures 13x18. Just cut in half for smaller cookie sheets. Available : Natural Unbleached White
